ONLINE POLICIES
Grove Graphic’s guarantees all personalized products will be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Should we make an error in your original copy or written instructions, we will replace your stationery, or any other personalized item, free of charge, if notified within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Please review your order carefully before submission. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on personalized products. By placing your order online, you agree to the policies stated below.

We cannot guarantee any changes to online orders so please review your order very carefully before submitting it.

We use many specialty printers around the country and each printer uses different materials and printing methods. All our items and suppliers are considered excellent; however, if you are looking for a very specific material, paper or other detail, please let us know in advance of placing your order. We would be pleased to consult with you prior to placing your order.

The production time is shown on every product and production time is shown in business days. Business days are considered Mondays through Fridays and do not include national holidays.

Production time is always in addition to delivery time. You can select ground delivery service, 2nd day air or overnight air during checkout. There will be additional fees for 2nd day air or overnight air. The fee is for the upgraded delivery service and is not related to any sort of rush service for production time.

Rush Service (Production Time) may be available on certain items at certain times of the year for an additional fee. If you are interested to see if Rush Service is available, please email at orders@grovegraphics.com . Let us know the item number you are interested in purchasing, when you need the product and where it needs to be delivered. 

Remember that everyone's viewing monitor is different. We have done our best to describe each product in detail therefore we are not responsible for differences in color or texture that are a result of viewing monitor inconsistencies. If there are project details that must be matched (like a specific PMS color), please contact us before you place your order.   We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Typesetting and Layout:  Our suppliers are professional’s in graphic design and typesetting.  Over the years they have developed guidelines and layouts for most products.  Font size, monogram size and size of design is determined by the typesetter depending on the length of text, logo or design chosen and/or monogram type selected and based on the size of product ordered.

It is extremely important that if you are concerned about how an imprint will appear please be sure to request a paid proof as personalized items are not returnable. More information about proofing is shown below.

Customer-supplied artwork, for use on products ordered by the customer, is kept private and confidential and not used for any other purposes but for the production of the customer's product.

When you supply artwork you agree not to furnish any photograph, image, design, or other content that you do not have a right to use under any law or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

By placing an order with Grove Graphics, you agree to indemnify and hold Grove Graphics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of photograph, image, design, or other content that you provide. You also agree not to provide any photograph, image, design, or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Promotional offers can not be used to purchase discounted Gift Certificates.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@grovegraphics.com .  Any damage must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery as no replacements, allowances or credits will be given after this period.

You must retain the original packaging box and materials to show proof of damage. We will schedule inspection of the damaged shipment with the carrier. They have four weeks to schedule an inspection if necessary.

DUPLICATE ORDERS
All orders placed online are the customer's responsibility. Should you encounter any problems with the online ordering system please do not complete your order and contact us immediately.  Do not reorder or resubmit your order a second time. If you are not sure if an order was submitted, please contact us at orders@grovegraphics.com.

ERRORS
Despite our years of experience, from time-to-time production errors will occur.  Should you find an error with your order please let us know as soon as possible.

Should we make an error in your original copy or written instructions, we will replace your personalized item, free of charge (including shipping charges), if notified within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Your order will be reproduced as it was initially ordered only, correcting only the error. We can not make any changes to correction orders. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations of custom orders under any circumstances but we will gladly correct the order if it our mistake.

We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions so please double check all ordering and copy instructions. We will print exactly what we see on your order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information that was provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all printed products when they arrive. Please notify us before you use an item if there is any error with it.  If you begin distributing or using the item and then discover an error, there is generally nothing we can do to assist you in replacing the items.

Please do not return any item to us unless we ask you to do so. If you do return it, you will be charged a shipping fee to have it reshipped back to you.

If your order is for a gift or an event and if there is not sufficient time for a reprint to be done, we would be glad mail or email a gift notice to the recipient to let them know the gift is on its way.

All correct reorders are shipped by the same method that they were originally shipped. A customer may elect to upgrade the delivery service at an additional cost. Special consideration in shipping methods may be given if a product is needed for a specific event.

We want your online experience with Grove Graphics to be a pleasing one. If you made an error on your order or simply do not like the item you selected please let us know.  We offer various incentives if reordering from us to replace an error purchase.

INK COLORS
We use many specialty printers around the country and each printer offers different “standard” ink colors. Please check out on Color Chart page for examples of the various standard ink colors for each supplier.  If you are looking to match a specific ink color please let us know in advance of placing your order. We would be pleased to consult with you prior to placing your order.

LATE or NON-DELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived after ten (10) days from the estimated delivery time, please report it to us so we can track it. As part of our quality control process we do random delivery tracking of orders, but it is the customer’s responsibility to let us know if an order has not been received. Any order older than 45 days from date of order cannot be tracked or replaced.

PAYMENT
We accept payment via US Postal Money Order or Pay Pal.  Personal checks not accepted. 

All orders must be paid in full before an order is processed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices and payments are in US dollars.

All sales are final.

All orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania are subject to PA State Sales Tax.  Orders delivered outside of PA are tax exempt.

PLACING ONLINE ORDER
Please review your order carefully before you submit it. If you have any questions about how to enter an order please email orders@grovegraphics.com before you place the order. We are not able to check every individual order as some go into automatic production. You are responsible for the error if you provide incorrect or incomplete information. See ERROR information above.

Entering Text: Personalized products may have "case" sensitivity... whether it's all UPPERCASE, Upper/lower or all lower case. We automatically will typeset the text (copy) on your item exactly as you provide it on your order, adjusting the "case" to the sample shown online.

Some examples:
Monograms and initials are set in all Upper Case.
Return addresses on envelopes are set in Upper/lower case.

If we ask the case that you want the imprint to appear in, we follow that direction, adjusting the case as you requested. Please email us any questions you have about the text for your job prior to placing the order.

Font size is determined by the typesetter depending on length of copy.

You must include ALL text you want to appear on your product including punctuation, titles and so forth. If there is any information that will automatically appear on your product it will be noted in the product description.

Changes to Text: We do not make changes or corrections to imprints without explicit direction from you in writing via email. We may correct spacing and obvious errors in spelling if they are caught on our end, however, although we do try to catch mistakes we cannot guarantee that errors can all be caught. Please review the text you enter very carefully before it's submitted.

How to Place Orders: Orders can be placed using the online ordering system or by emailing the order information to orders@grovegraphics.com .  Email confirmations are sent out within a few minutes of your placing your online order.

Requesting Order Changes: We are only able to change or stop an order which has not been put into production. Some orders go into automatic production and cannot be changed once submitted. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Please check your order carefully prior to submitting. You will be charged for the original order as it was submitted.  Additional “change order” charges may be incurred to change the order.  We will provide the additional fee to you before it's charged for your approval. If you opt to cancel the order at that time, there may be cancellation fees.

Product Information: Every effort has been made to supply a complete and full description for each item we sell.  If you are unsure about the layout, content, design, format or other detail about the product you are ordering, please contact with your questions before ordering. PRODUCTION TIME
The production time for each item is detailed in every product description. Production time is estimated in business days. Business days are considered Mondays through Fridays and do not include national holidays.

Daily order cut-off time is 5:00 pm EST. The first production day will be the first business day following the day you placed your order.  Orders placed on Friday before 5:00 pm EST will begin production on the following business day, usually a Monday (unless it is a national holiday).

Production time is always in addition to delivery time. You can select ground delivery service, 2nd day air or overnight air during checkout. There will be additional fees for 2nd day air or overnight air. The fee is for the upgraded delivery service and is not related to any sort of rush service for production time.

Please understand that if there are any questions on your order it will delay production time. Advise us if there are any special delivery dates for your order. We cannot hold orders once they are printed. There are many factors in printing production that make guaranteeing an exact shipping date impossible.

Requested a proof usually adds an extra two days to the production time. Please return your proof approval as quickly as possible (within 24 hours of receipt).  Any delay in returning proof approvals will cause an additional delay in production.
 
We are not responsible for production delays due to circumstances outside of our control, nor are we responsible for earlier than expected shipments.

We do not control the delivery of your finished order.  Circumstances beyond are control can cause a delivery delay.  These include but are not limited to; no one being available to receive the shipment, refusal of the delivery service to leave shipments unattended at the delivery location, weather delays, etc.

PROOFS
Generally proofs are not required as most items have a set personalization layout.  If you feel uncomfortable and want to see a proof, you can contact us before you place the order. We will provide a quote for a paid proof and give you information on how to add it to your order. We are able to offer paid proofs only on select items. You can request a paid proof by email: orders@grovegraphics.com.
 
Cancellation of an order after viewing a proof may incur a cancellation fee.  In addition the proof fee will not be refunded. The cancellation fee is determined based on the item you ordered and can be quoted by request.

Some products include a complimentary proof. If there is a complimentary proof it would be stated in the product description. Cancellation of an order after viewing a proof may incur a cancellation fee.

The proofing process: The proof fee includes having the artwork created one time and then provided to you via email for review. If we make any error on the proof it will be corrected according to the original order at no charge. The order would then be placed into production.

Additional charges may be incurred if you make changes or alterations to the original layout after viewing the initial proof.  If you request to see the revised proof there would be an additional proofing fee.

RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items and a very limited return policy on non-personalized items.  Please check with us in advance of ordering regarding the return policy on any particular item.

Please do not return any item to us unless we ask you to do so. If you do return it, you will be charged a shipping fee to have it reshipped back to you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our products are shipped from many locations in the US, so delivery times are only estimates.  If you need a product by a particular date please contact us before ordering.

Currently we do not ship International Orders.  Shipping Charges (shown below) are the fees for delivery within the contiguous 48 US states. Charges for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be quoted by email after order is placed. Please contact us via email in advance of placing your order for a shipping charge quote.

Depending on the shipment size and weight, your order will be shipped via one of the national carriers; United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or the US Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery generally requires 3-5 business days for your order to reach its US destination.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.  Please supply a complete street delivery address when placing your order.

Upgrading Delivery Services:  Standard delivery charges are based on Ground Service.  For additional charges you can select to upgrade the delivery service to 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air during checkout. The additional charges for the upgraded delivery service and is not related to providing rush service for production time.

Delivery Signatures: Our standard shipping policy does not require a signature at delivery, but some carriers will not leave a delivery unattended due to security risks at the delivery location.  Please understand this practice is designed to provide secure delivery of your shipment.  Delivery time may increase if no one is available to receive the shipment. We suggest providing a business address for deliveries when possible. Remember to include the company name plus suite number and/or floor if applicable.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: If, for any reason, you shipment is returned to us because it is undeliverable, additional delivery charges will be billed to your order.  If a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts, your shipment will be returned to us.  Again, additional shipping charges will be billed to your order if it must be re-shipped an additional time.
 
Nearly all of our shipments can be tracked from the manufacturing facility to the delivery address. If you advise us that an order has not been delivered we will provide shipment tracing.  If the carrier can confirm delivery was made, we can not refund or replace your order.  Should the shipment become lost in transit we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you on replacing the order.

SHORTAGES
Our printers count each job at several times during the printing process, including during the print run and at final inspection as your job is packaged. Should you feel that your order has been shorted, please email the discrepancy to us within 10 business days from the time you receive your order.

ORDER TRACKING STATUS
To offer a variety of products we work with many specialty manufacturers around the United States. Not all of the manufacturers are computerized so we are not able to offer online tracking. Please contact us at orders@grovegraphics.com and we'll gladly provide order tracking information if available.

UNINTENDED ORDERS
If you enter an order by mistake please contact us immediately at mailto:orders@grovegraphics.com .  We will try to cancel it. If the job is already in production then it remains the customer's responsibility to pay for the order.  Remember; once you enter your credit card into the online payment system that will finalize your order and it will be sent into production immediately.
